Welcome to the Urban Cool Homes Community Guide. Below you will find a list of communities within the greater Wichita area that includes suburbs, subdivisions, and school districts.

We understand how important it is to not only find a home you love, but a neighborhood and city that you love as well. Because of that, we have taken the time to provide you with a snapshot of the history, attractions, and events in each community so you can find the perfect location for you.

Wichita Area Schools

With award winning schools in and around Wichita, your children are in good hands. If you would like to be in a specific school's neighborhood, you can look at the listings for only that area. Wichita Lake Communities

Wichita is not known for it's waterfront properties, but several communities feature large lakes for boating, skiing, and fishing. These gorgeous communities will make you forget all about the hustle and bustle of the city.

If you want to feel like you live in a resort, these communities are for you. Their rolling hill golf courses and professional landscaping make you feel like you are on vacation every day.
